Mobile access to EMR, PM, Imaging, ePrescribe, and other clinical systems

Resonate is a single user interface to patient information in one or multiple enterprise systems. Our application does not replace any existing clinical systems, but adds an access feature to these systems, providing complete mobility for users. Clinicians who want the option to access patient information on a mobile device want Resonate.

Flexible physician-inspired and validated user interface

Resonate's mobile user interface conforms to the way each physician administers care to patients, enabling documentation of encounters quickly, easily, now. This is achieved both through significant physician input during software design phases, as well as by leveraging technologies available on the mobile device including video capture, audio capture, and Bluetooth wireless accessories.

Native iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch

A simple, user-friendly interface that users are already familiar and comfortable with. If you can operate an iPhone, you can use Resonate with little or no training. Resonate gives users the flexibility to view and update patient information from the native iPhone / iPad client or from a standard web browser.

Knowledge-based charge capture at the point of care or anywhere

Resonate improves coding accuracy and saves time. It reduces coding errors and rejected claims by providing guidance for the physician as they complete an encounter. Rather than a static superbill for every encounter, codes relevant to the clinician's specialty, current encounter, and chief complaint are conveniently grouped.

Onboard data storage securely provides patient records directly on your mobile device

The iPhone / iPad client provides the ability, at the healthcare provider's discretion, to store all data in an AES-256 encrypted database on the device itself. This allows physicians to access patient data even without a network connection, providing maximum mobility. When the iPad / iPhone is connected to the network, data is kept in sync with back office systems in real time. If data is updated on the device when connectivity is not available, all data is securely synchronized when network connectivity is restored. Patient records can be viewed and updated now. Access information on an airplane, at a soccer game, in an elevator, or in "dead zones" in a hospital.

Single access to multiple systems and HIEs

Resonate provides a single, mobile interface to patient data housed in multiple dissimilar systems. echoBase will work with the practice, hospital, or IT service provider to integrate Resonate with multiple back office systems, providing users convenient access to those systems. Clinicians currently logging into and out of multiple systems will be able to perform all necessary tasks via a single interface in the palm of their hand. This feature also immunizes the clinicians from changes to back office systems, reducing the need for training when EMR systems are replaced or upgraded.

Additionally, Resonate leverages DoD-proven ENOVIA software from Dassault Systèmes in order to provide a controlled point of access to regional and nationwide health information networks.
